There are three houses that you can get for free which support fire, water and grass type Pokemon. The houses are May, Misty and Dawn. You can get the invitations for these houses through the raid center. Out of these three houses, Dawn's is probably the best house. At max hearts, these houses will give 72% in stats each giving a total of 216% in stats that you can get for free! The bonuses of these houses are written out instead of shown with screenshots because you can get them for free so you can see for yourself.
Monster Maze
Monster Maze unlocks at level 8. You can get Pokemon shards, mega evolution stones and fruits.
Pikachu Power
Pikachu Power is one of the few ways to get ATK DOWN, HP DOWN, DEF DOWN, ATK DOWN RES, HP DOWN RES and DEF DOWN RES.
Guilds
Guilds unlock at level 26. It is important to be in a guild as it will be able to provide you resources to become stronger. There are 14 buttons in the guild area which will all be explained below.
Species Refinement
Use normal and advanced race value stones to upgrade a Pokemon's individual stats.
Pet
Once you reach level 75, you'll unlock your pet.
This will give you a nice bp boost early on and can also greatly increase your stats.
